Overview
fire-up is a forward shooter built around lane editing and cadence control: you clear the angle that will become a wall, not the wall itself. Blocks carry counts, shots reduce them, and your best runs fire in short strings so sight stays clean and recoil never smears aim. Micro-dodge before collision paths converge, hold mid-bottom with side room, and spend specials only when overlapping lanes multiply value. Leaders—fast blocks or spawners—anchor patterns; delete them to unravel floods. The rhythm becomes burst→small slide→reassess. Greed wastes ammo and creates late escapes; discipline preserves posture so decisions stay early and calm. Bosses and dense waves tell their timings; damage only in openings, shield or bomb to exit trap archetypes, then rebuild position without rushing. The joy is in fights that look composed—angles disappear because you read them one beat ahead, counts fall where it matters, and the screen breathes.
